Anadolu Feneri
Anadolu Feneri (Anatolian Lighthouse) is the Bosphorus's opening point to Black Sea on the Anatolian side. In order to reach there you must pass Beykoz and about 4 km later follow the sign for Anadolu Feneri. This fishing village is named after the lantern standing on its hill and which indicates the entrance of Bosphorus together with Rumeli Feneri on the European side.There is a fish restaurant next to the lighthouse however you can also have fresh fish at the modest restaurants located just before the village. After you pass the village you reach the Black Sea coast. The large meadow is separated with a stream over which a small bridge stands.
It is an ideal place for a picnic, trekking
and/or swimming.
