Boutique Pastry Shops

Untitled Document Boutique pastry shops are among the rising trends in Turkey and have developed rapidly in the last decade. Many people have gone abroad for pastry-making courses and several boutique pastriy shops have opened. Now you have an almost unlimited variety when you order your cakes.

Orders, mostly made for special occasions, are prepared individually. Boutique pastry makers use their own recipes and rare and valuable ingredients. When the chef finishes the cake, the outcome is so magnificent that you don't want to spoil it by eating it. The jury of the daily Hurriyet newspaper chose the best boutique pastry shop addresses in March 2006.
