The rates in general are similar to most of the European countries and a bit higher than North America. Please check the tariffs with each of the companies.
Anyone with a driving license can rent a car in Turkey. Before signing the contract be sure that all insurances are valid.
There are number of car rental companies. We suggest you to choose the internationally operating ones and while driving in Turkey better obey driver safety rules.
