Once-upon-a-time, hiring the services of a catering company or event planner was
considered a luxury, but in today's busy world it is quite commonplace. In Turkey
there are a wide range of companies that handle catering needs, whether for a
cozy get-together or large events such as weddings or business conferences. All
you have to do is call around and explain what you want. If it is a larger event
that you are planning, most of these companies can help you arrange entertainment
and decorations, including light and sound systems, as well.
It is even possible to rent a "ship" or a "ferry" for special
events. You should put your demands in writing and the duration of the trip
