Dragon
Dragon is located at the Istanbul Hilton complex and has been in service for
17 years. It is open between 12:00 and 14:30, and between 19:00 and 23:30. Çıtır
Ördek (Crispy Duck) is the restaurant's most famous dish. The jury describes
Dragon as a classic.
Merit Dynasty
It was first opened in the Merit Hotel in 1987, and moved to Etiler in 1998.
Dynasty is open between 18:00 and 23:00 and delivers within the neighborhood
at a 20% discount. Garlic and ginger shrimp and hot chicken with pistachio are
among the specialties of the restaurant. Chinese music is played. Don't forget
to make your reservation in advance.
Chinese in Town
This restaurant, with its modern decoration, serves Nişantaşı. It also has branches
at the Levent İş Kuleleri, in Ataşehir and in Suadiye. The chef is Japanese,
and veal with Chinese mushroom and bamboo is the specialty. They offer delivery
service within the neighborhood and a reservation is required for weekends.
Great Hong Kong
The restaurant is in Taksim Gümüşsuyu and has been in service for eight years.
Lunch is served between 12:00 and 14:00 and dinner is served from 18:00 to 23:00.
They also have neighborhood delivery, and reservation is required for the weekends.
Little China
Little China has been in Bebek for eight years. It is open between 11:30 and
23:00. The house specials are sweet and sour chicken and chicken with hot sauce.
They offer neighborhood delivery.
Royal China
This restaurant has been at Yeşilköy Polat Renaissance Hotel for ten years.
It is open between 12:00 and 14:00 and again from 18:30 to 23:00. Chinese music
is played. Sour and bitter soup, veal with green pepper and duck marinated with
various herbs are the specialties of Royal China. It is suggested that you make
a reservation for weekends.
Chinese Unlimited
Chinese Unlimited is in Teşvikiye and serves lunch between 12:00 and 15:00 and
dinner between 18:00 and 23:00. A reservation is required. During weekends service
is uninterrupted from 12:00 to 23:00. The favorite dishes are sweet and sour
chicken and veal with mushroom and oyster sauce.
Far East Chinese
Next to the İzmir Hilton Hotel, the Far East Chinese was founded in 1983. It
is open from 10:00 to 24:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 until 02:00 on weekends.
Slow music is played for dinner and reservation is suggested. Far East Chinese
also has five branches in Bodrum and offers delivery service around the neighborhood.
China Garden
China Garden is in Antalya and offers a range of Chinese dishes suitable for
the Turkish palate. Fried Beijing duck with fresh ginger sauce is the restaurant's
favorite dish.
Altınpark Wang Chao
In this restaurant, all furniture and accessories, in addition to the food,
come from China. The prize chef, Mr. Zhao, was elected by municipality of Beijing
and appointed to Ankara. It is cheaper than other Chinese restaurants.
