Enjoying Spa in Ankara

City center Ankara has a few sporting clubs. Spa beyond sporting is a complete package for recreation with water as baths, steam rooms sauna and jacuzzi. I had the great relaxation at Armita Spa at Swissotel. Best warm up is always a little fitness.
Swimming half an hour improves body. Spa has brilliant fitness equipment on a big and comfortable saloon. While you do fitness, you browse the magnificent swimming pool from the windows. Swimming pool is semi olympic and indoor with very warm water. As you continue from aisle there is the Turkish bath area. division, there is the sauna and steam room which is called Finnish bath. I haven't had the so called à kese à but I know that it is very healthy for the skin to open the pores. Cosmetics industry created scrub for that ...Scrub is also effective but traditional Turkish bath with 'kese' is historical.
