2 glasses of shelled broad beans (kuru bakla) (left in water the night before)
2 medium size onions
4-5 table spoons olive oil (Riviera type)
1-1.5 tablespoons sugar
Salt, water, dill
Put the beans (left in water the night before), chopped onions, olive oil, salt, sugar in pressure cooker and pour water until the level of all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes. Then mash with blender and strain. Add minced dill and stir. Serve cold. Lemon juice suits fava and some sprinkle olive oil on it.
