The 11th Filmekimi goes once again beyond the borders of Istanbul to meet movie lovers in other cities of Turkey, including Bursa, Izmir, Ankara, Erzurum, Diyarbakır and Gaziantep. Free screenings of the 11th Filmekimi will take place in Eastern Anatolian cities Van and Batman.
Almost 40 films including those awarded at prestigious festivals, premiered in Berlin, Cannes, Venice and Toronto, along with latest features from masters of cinema will be screened in Filmekimi.
The tickets can be purchased through Biletix and at the box offices of Beyoğlu Atlas and Nitaştaşı City’s Movie Theaters beginning from September 22.
Beyoğlu Atlas, Beyoğlu Beyoğlu and and Nişantasi City’s Movie Theaters are the venues of the festival in Istanbul. For more information and program click.
