Apik
Apik has been in Dolapdere since 1947. Jeeps and Mercedes are queue up in front
of Apik late at night. Especially preferred by people with high incomes, it is open 24 hours a day. The most expensive tripe soup
and the most unique "kokoreç" can be found here.
Lale
Lale is a 42-year old restaurant and has recently opened its new store on Tarlabaşı
Caddesi near Taksim. The location is decorated with facilities of the latest
technology and serves all night long. Besides tripe, trotter soup and kokoreç
are among the favorite tastes of Lale.
Geyikli
Near Kasımpaşa Merkez Mosque, this restaurant is open 24 hours a day. In addition to offal, it is
famous for sweets such as aşure and zerde.
Beykoz
Beykoz is located in Çankaya, Ankara and has been in service for 13 years. It is
also among the places open 24 hours a day. Its modern decoration is sure to attract
the attention of customers.
Beyoğlu
It carries the name of the most famous district of Istanbul; however it is located in Çankaya,
Ankara. Open all night.
Yıldırım Bursa
Yıldırım is certified by the TSE (Turkish Standards Institution). Open
24 hours a day, it is famous for its tripe soup.
Bulvar
Bulvar is in Çifteminare, Adana and never closes. Its tripe soup with special
sauce is famous.
İsmet Usta
İsmet Usta serves in Alsancak, İzmir 24 hours a day. This 53-year-old restaurant
has a branch in Çeşme too. It is famous for its trotter soup.
Rumeli
Rumeli is located in Çağlayan, Istanbul and is open between 08:00 and 05:00. We suggest you
try trotter soup. Zerde and sütlaç are the restaurant's most delicious sweets.
Toros
Toros has been serving in Kuruköprü, Adana for 30 years and is open 24 hours a day.
It is famous for almost all kinds of offal.
