International Phone Cards

These cards can be used on all fixed lines. First you call the toll-free customer line and dial the PIN number on the back of your card and the phone number that you wish to talk to. The call-center informs you how many minutes you can talk with that card and the call is connected. These cards are valid only for international calls for the time being. However, it is expected that they will bbe able to be used for local calls in due course. Most of the companies offer cards that are valid for three months beginning from the first usage.
Please Note: The cards you purchase should not bear the "TÜRK TELECOM" logo. Because when one mentions phone cards in Turkey, Türk Telekom's phone cards used for normal rates come to mind.
The international phone cards can be found in tourist areas at shops selling
touristic goods and at bookstores for the moment.
