Istanbul Aquarium is divided into 16 major thematic sections featuring regions of the world from the Black Sea to the Pacific Ocean. It is hosting 1500 marine species and rain forest.
Features of Istanbul Aquarium
- 1500 marine species, a total of 15000 creatures.
- 64 tanks with a total capacity of 6,800 cubic meters
- 1.2 kilometer long thematic route beginning from the Black Sea and ending on Pacific Ocean.
- 5D movie theater, 7 different films and experience rain, water, and fog effects.
In addition, souvenir shop, cafes, a restaurant, carparking lot are among the facilities of İstanbul Aquarium.
It is open everyday between 10.00 and 20:00.
Entrance fee: adults – 29TL, students and seniors (65+) – 22 TL, family of three-68TL, Family of four – 85TL, children 0-2 years: Free
