Modoko

Untitled Document Modoko, founded in 1984, is the largest and most state of the art industrial undertaking in the Middle East and Balkan regions. There are thousands and thousands of styles of furniture sold in 350 stores spread out over an area of 150.000 sq.mt. that caters to different interests and budget requirements. Because of its size and scope, we prefer to call it "Modoko City".

Modoko, the world's largest furniture fair, is open 365 days. When you consider that about 80.000 housing units are built in Istanbul every year, approximately 240.000 sets of furniture are needed for these homes. A full half of this demand is met by MODOKO.

At Modoko city you'll find absolutely anything that can be classified as furniture. Sitting room and dinette groups, furniture for the babies or youngster's rooms, office furniture, accessories, and upholstery of any kind are available in a large enough variety to suit any taste. Moreover, most of the stores sell these goods with interest-free payment plans. That means that if you are going to pay cash, don't be shy about bargaining!

Don't waste time scouring the city for furniture; just drop by Modoko!

Tips:
Total area 150.000 sq.mt
Total area of streets 3.300 sq.mt
Parking lots 1.500 sq.mt
Public garden 11.900 sq.mt
