Myondos Greek Restaurant

Greek cuisine is one of the nicest seafood providers in Meditterrenien region. Ankara has one Greek restaurant called Myondos. Ancient Greek is famous with Dionysus festivals where everyone drinks wine and eat….

Dining in a Greek restaurant is like a festival with the harmony of traditional Greek music.
Menu includes types of seafood with special cooking techniques.

The usual selection as appetizers is shrimp, calamari, lakerda, and octopus….

The fish menu is brilliant. A list of fish together with English translation, are served. There are about 15-20 fish types available in the list according to the season they are obtained…

Lagos shish was our main course. It was very delicious because Lagos is a fatty fish, which makes it juicy when cooked. Cooking technique affects the taste of Lagos in 50 %. According to the season some fish become fatty.. And fatty fish become very delicious. Fishing regulations are adjusted on the basis of that fact. I think Greek cuisine knows the basics of gourmet style…

However coffee menu is limited with Turkish coffee and instant coffee… So we chose Turkish coffee, which is almost same both both in Greek and Turkish cuisines. And the last but not the least music creates the ambience of Greek island Santorini at Myondos.…
