Kadın Emeğini Değerlendirme Vakfı (Women's Work Appraisal Foundation) opened this store and they market the women's handicrafts for non-profit purposes. The Nahıl tree, which the store is named after, greets you in all its beauty at the entrance.
All of the food and cleaning products are made from all-natural ingredients. Several types of handmade soaps for problem skins are available with pleasing scents. You'll have difficulty in choosing only one among several natural and delicious foods, including home-made cheese from southeast Anatolia, olive oils, honey from several regions, paprika paste, peas and jams.
Handmade pillows, tablecloths, towels and lacework cover a large section of the store. If you are looking for second hand clothes and goods, you are at the right spot. Nahil also offers costumes for plays and special days.
Nahıl is located ont Bekar Sokak, the first street on the right after the French Consulate while walking towards Tünel from Taksim. A café is also available.
