Natural Gas
Natural gas procedures are under the control of EGO (Electricity, Gas, Bus) General Directorate in Ankara. There are two groups of subscribers. The first group consists of subscribers who use the natural gas then pay the bill upon invoice. The second group is the new subscribers of the card system who pay the cost of the natural gas in advance.Be aware of forgers who may come to your door introducing themselves as authorized personnel requesting payment of an invoice. Don't fall for this trick - all payments are made either directly at the company's offices or by using the services of a bank.
If you are residing in a house using the invoiced system, you can either pay
your bills directly to the banks listed below or you can pay directly from your
account by using automatic payment methods. For the automatic payment you should
open an account in one of the following banks taking with you a copy of your
natural gas invoice to ensure that they receive correct information: Vakıfbank,
Demirbank, Sümerbank, Toprakbank, Yapı Kredi Bankası, Kentbank, Etibank, İş
Bankası, Finansbank, Türk Ticaret Bankası, Egebank, Emlak Bankası ve EGO General
Directorate.
As for the "card system" you can fill your card the entrance of the
EGO General Directorate, natural gas centers in Metro (subway) ticket sale offices
and the Vakıfbank Branches of which address and telephones listed below.
