Burç Pastry Shop

Almost all pastry shops have special tastes to offer. These specialities are: profiterole from the Beyoğlu Inci, ayçöreği from Bahar, strudel from Linzer, foret-noire from Divan, rococo from Pelit, Easter cake from Beyoğlu Burç, mocha cake from Beyaz Fırın, carrot cake from Gezi and finally Mado, the newest name in ice cream.
Most pastry shops bake their own bread. Divan, Pelit, Gezi and Vakko produce their own chocolates and recently Bind got a place as a favorite brand among choco-holics.
Again many pastry shops have cafes within or next to them. The pastry shops of all big hotels also serve as cafes and made great advances during the last decade and are now among the favorite destinations of those who enjoy the café experience.
