Pogaca - Easy

1 teacup of melted margarine
1 teacup of yogurt
2 egs
Salt, baking powder
White cheese
7 teacups of flour.
Mix flour, vegetable oil, melted margarine, yogurt, one egg plus the white of the other egg and knead the dough well. Place a damp cloth on top and wait for half anhour. Mash the cheese with a fork. Cut pieces as big as an egg from the dough, flatten in your palm, place cheese in the center and roll it. You can decorate the closing points with fork. Put them in the pre-heated oven and bake at 105 degrees C fro 20-25 minutes. If desired you can sprinkle paprika, sesame seed or black cumin.

you probably need to brush the yolk of the egg on the pogacas before putting them in the oven to get a nice brownish color-- right ?
