Located on Ilıca Valley 80 km away from the city center. This thermal spring founded by Hittites is among the most important spas of Turkey. Ayaş Kaplıcası has 1000 bed capacity and besides the hotels have 2 open-air pools, four private baths, and thermal spring facilities and restaurants open to public.
The baths have effects on throwing off toxins, regulating the digestive system. At the end of a three-day cure the results can immediately be seen. This 51 degree C water has miraculous effects on liver, gall bladder, gynecological and gastrointestinal illnesses, constipation, obesity, gout, rheumatism and hemorrhoids. Karakaya Thermal Springs are located in Ayaş district and 58 km. away from the city center. It is a historical hamam remaining from Seljuk period. There are four private baths and two pools within this hamam. This 31 degree C spring has healing effects on, apoplexy, juncture, rheumatism, neuralgia and neurasthenia and gynecological disorders.

A spa hotel of municipality on Ankara-Ayaş highway. It is rented by Başkent University and used as Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center. A constant health crew is ready at this 88-bed-capacity facility. Pool, restaurant, sports hall is among the facilities.

It is located 5 km. from a junction on Ayaş – Beypazarı highway. The water sources are both for drinking and bathing and the temperature of the water is 31-52 degrees Celsius. Having a large capacity of bath approx. 2500 person/day the spa has healing effects. Besides healing with thermal water mud treatment is also available. The positive effects are on disorder of kidneys, urethra and metabolism. Moreover drinking this water helps to overcome disorders on liver, gall and pancreas.

The spa is 75 km away from Ankara and can be reached via Konya-Haymana highway. The hot spring has been remained from Roman ad Seljuk era and suitable for both bathing and drinking.
