Ayaş Kaplıcası has 1000 bed capacity and besides the hotels have 2 open-air pools, four private baths, and thermal spring facilities and restaurants open to public.

Karakaya Thermal Springs are located in Ayaş district and 58 km. away from the city center. It is a historical hamam remaining from Seljuk period. There are four private baths and two pools within this hamam. This 31 degree C spring has healing effects on, apoplexy, juncture, rheumatism, neuralgia and neurasthenia and gynecological disorders.

The positive effects are on disorder of kidneys, urethra and metabolism. Moreover drinking this water helps to overcome disorders on liver, gall and pancreas.

The spa is 75 km away from Ankara and can be reached via Konya-Haymana highway. The hot spring has been remained from Roman ad Seljuk era and suitable for both bathing and drinking.
