The municipality of Metropolitan Istanbul has several sport complexes and most of them are very reasonable priced. Some of the major complexes are listed below.

Akatlar Spor Kompleksi (Akatlar Sports Complex)
Covers an area of 40.000 square meters and services about 1500 persons per day. Facilities and activities: basketball field with seating for 3000 people; 4 tennis courts - 3 outdoor and 1 covered; 2 rug covered soccer fields; gymnasium with conditioning equipment; step and aerobic centers; a Far Eastern sports center; open-air basketball field; children's play ground; parking lot for 400 cars; and several cafes. Cemal Kamacı Spor Tesisleri (Cemal Kamaci Sports Facilities)
Facilities and activities: sports saloon - capacity 1000 persons; covered Olympic sized swimming pool, basketball course, volleyball school, karate course and tennis school. They also have a parking lot and café on the premises.
