The restaurant having an extraordinary Bosphorus panaroma is open everyday between 12:00-15:00 and 19:00-24:00. Reservation is a must. A DJ plays the recent songs. Sushi, grilled salmon are the recommended dishes. Vogue is considered among a few restaurants having "the best Bosphorus panorama".
Lacivert
Lacivert is located at Kanlıca on the Anatolian side of Bosphorus and open everyday
between 12:00-02:00. Reservation is necessary. The soft music is from CD. Portuguese
style shrimp and pumpkin dessert are the recommended dishes. Illumination is
designed compatible to environment and panorama. The panorama is extraordinary and we suggest you pop
in there even for a cup of coffee or for an early drink to enjoy the scene.
Kırıntı
The last branch of Kırıntı was opened at Nişantaşı. It is open everyday between
08:00 and 01:00. The young and original decoration emits positive energy to the customers.
Park Şamdam
This cozy site overlooks Nişantaşı Demokrasi Park and is open from 12:30 to 15:00
for lunch and from 20:00 till midnight for dinner. Reservation is needed. Soft music is played from CD. Artichoke
with olive oil, trotter soup and "ekmek kadayıfı" are the recommended
dishes.
Les Ambassadeurs
The restaurant overlooks Bebek cove, which will fascinate you. The restaurant
serves lunch between 12:00 and 16:00 and dinner from 19:00 to 01:00. Reservation
is needed. Soft music is played from CD. Paella is the specialty on Sundays.
Geçit KV
KV is located at an arcade just across the Beyoğlu exit of Tünel. It is composed
of several stores and walking areas. It is open everyday between 08:00 and 02:00.
If you order meal it will cost you about 55-65 million TL/person, however you
can order coffee and taste the delicious cakes. Live jazz and classical music
is available every night except Sundays and Mondays. "Drunk fig" and
"Turkey with nar ekşisi (sour pomegranate sauce) are the recommended dishes.
Eskandil
Eskandil located in Kandilli grove on the Anatolian side of the Bosphorus. The
service is between 12:00 and 01:00. "Sea bass in paper" is the specialty of the restaurant. You can pop in for a cup of tea or coffee; a marvelous Bosphorus view will accompany you.
Changa
Changa is a fusion restaurant at Sıraselviler. It only serves between 18:00
and 01:00 and closed on Sundays. Reservation is needed. Tadım (taste) menu for
two servings is 64 million TL and generally the price is between 45-55 million
TL/person. The minimalist decoration attracts attention Marine salmon is strongly
recommended.

Four Seasons
It is located at Four Seasons Hotel in Sultanahmet. The service for breakfast
is between 06:30 and 11:00, for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and for dinner from
19:00 to 23:00. Reservation is needed for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
Chef's
The restaurant is at the peak point of Ihlamur quarter and serves lunch from
noon to 15:00 and dinner from 19:00-23:00. Music from CD. Grilled sea bass covered with potato
is one of the best dishes suggested. Chef's has two private rooms for small
groups.

Beşiktaş Balıkçısı
This modest fish restaurant is located at Beşiktaş Çarşı and the prices are
moderate. Lunch is served between 12:00-15:00 and dinner is served between 18:00-24:00
Feriye
It is a historical site next to the garden of Kabataş Lisesi and has a stunning
Bosphorus view. It is open everyday between 12:00-15:00 and 19:00-23:00. The
terrace is extraordinary during summer nights.
Tuğra
The restaurant is at Çırağan Palas Hotel Kempinski and serves only dinner between
19:00 and 23:00. It is closed on Sundays. We suggest you try ıspanaklı mantı (mantı with spinach) and
warm kadayıf. Tuğra has a striking view from balcony.
Rami
It is an old Turkish house at Sultanahmet and also decorated like a Turkish
house. The service for lunch is between 12:00-15:00 and for dinner between 19:00-23:00.
Panorama
The restaurant is on the top floor of The Marmara hotel in Taksim and its name
is well suited. Open everyday between
19:00 and 01:00.
Ulus 29
It is located at Ulus park and considered "An Istanbul Classic". The
lunch is between 12:00-15:00 and dinner begins at 19:00.
Halat
Halat is located within the Rahmi Koç Museum at Haliç and offers meals from
Mediterranean Cuisine and famous with its fish dishes. The price is 45-50 million
TL/person. It has a fascinating panorama during fullmoon.
Körfez
Körfez is located just by the sea at Kanlıca, one of the most beautiful districts
of the Anatolian side of the Bosphorus. Except lunch on Mondays the restaurant
is open at 12:00. The price is 50-60 millon TL/person.
Zarifi
It is an old laundry in Beyoğlu restored as a restaurant and serves only dinner
after 20:00. Live Turkish music is available on Sundays and the price is 40-50
million TL/person.
Hacı Baba
This is an old Beyoğlu restaurant famous with its Turkish cuisine. It is well
known among tourists and therefore the customer profile is "multilingual"!
Hacı Baba is open everyday from noon till 22:00. The price is about 25-35 million
TL/person.
