I was hoping to see something more about where to enroll my kids in school where they could be taught in English and helped to learn Turkish, or helpful links for homeschooling. Any suggestions?

Merhaba!!! Thank you for letting me be a member. I have not been a kid in Turkey since 1973. But I do remember. My first visit to Turkey was in 1968 I was 7 yrs old. My dad was in Izmir on Cigli Air base. I remember the nursery was across the street from our trailor so was the playground. And me and my dad would climb over the perimeter fence to fish in Izmir bay the gulf of Izmir. When dad was in Adana on Incirlik I was required to learn Turkish in school because it was the language of the host nation. I still remember alot of words in Turkish my spelling isn´t so good. Thanx for letting me share this little bit I will share much more. Elveda, Abee in Columbia SC
