I want to give a warning about Golden Beach Club. I have never received such an arrogant and impolite behavior as I did when I tried to book a place in there. My boyfriend called on Friday and tried to book accommodation for 3 for Wednesday night and asked also about service bus to there. They told that service will start on Tuesday morning and told that they will call in case of problems. They never called and when we called them on Monday night ourselves, they told that there will not be any service at all. Nice. So we decided to book for weekend as they told there will be service then. We called uncountable times and nobody answered. Finally, I managed to contact them and when I asked if they speak English a girl told arrogantly ´no´ and closed the phone. I was so amazed that I tried to call back another number and the answer I got was unbelievable: ´You cannot book a place, do you understand, you just have to come here, thats it.´ What? I am sry, if you have a website saying reservation and if just a bit ago you reserved a place then what is your problem now? I have never felt so unwelcomed somewhere. Right now, I am happy not visiting this place as I do not imagine what is the service there if they already act like this in reserving. You can find a place better than that!
