Some companies produce smuggled LPGs which are of low quality and are unsafe - they sell them by using the names of those well-known brands. Therefore we strongly recommend you always purchase your LPGs from a reputable well known retailer. Please take note of the following points: the name of the manufacturer should be written (engraved) on the container, the container should have a TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) seal on the top near the handle and the blue valve at the connection point of the container should not be opened beforehand.
If you are attaching the container to the house yourself, you should check the detantör, the device at the end of the pipe coming from the stove. Place the detantör on the container, attach it and pull to check if it is properly connected. It should not dettach or come loose. If the container comes apart from the detantör it means that it has not been properly connected. Don't use the stove before the detantör is firmly connected to the LPG container.

You may choose to pay your gas bill directly at one of the İgdaş offices or from your account by using automatic payment methods or via the above mentioned bank branches. In order to have them paid automatically, open an account with a bank and supply the bank with a copy of your bill. They will use the information on the bill to set up an automated payment plan.

However some forgers may come to your door introducing
themselves as the authorized personnel and request the payment of the invoice.
Don't forget the payments of all those services are either made to the pay offices
of those companies or via banks.
